Animal Spotlight Lemurs native environment is Madagascar Africa. This is the only native home of the ring-tailed lemurs. Lemurs live in groups of 3-25 and the females are the dominant of the group. They are the size of average house cat and weigh 6-7 lbs. Their diet consists of fruits, leaves, and small insects. The Zoo cares for two lemurs Mango and Kiwi, their favorite fruits are bananas and grapes. Adopt a lemur and help us provide treats and new toys for the animals. Did you Know?
